Everything was nice during 2 days, appreciated its marvellous and incredible location right by walking distance to Liverpool street so well connected as well as nighttime roadworks. The staff was superfriendly and provided excellent service. Compact double room was a highlight for us. The breakfast was exceptional with red peppers and mushrooms and veggie option and attention to detail.

Staying at buxton was fantastic! The warm welcome. The cozy double room was small but lovely, and the rooftop terrace offered fine views. The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the underground. Breakfast at the pub, with locals mingling, was good. It's a perfect spot for solo travelers!

Cozy room with well-equipped amenities. Great for a solo traveler, allowing everything I needed within arm's reach.
Rooms are on the small side, which cramped my style a bit, especially with the dormer window overhead. I also found it noisy at night. Street sounds didn't settle until almost midnight. The breakfast was barely ready by 8:00 AM. The lack of an external fire exit, and the configuration meant getting back down those wooden stairs through the bar/kitchen for an escape.

The place has its charm. Breakfast was amazin and the room was nice. Comfy beds and clean sheets. I loved the roof garden, it was a perfect spot to chill. Staff was friendly and helpfull too!
The bathroom was tiny and not much privacy with the sliding glass door. No work desk in the room, so if u need to work, it might be a hassle.
